Course Description:

Self confidence is one of the most influential factor impacting our occupational performance. Health care practice is no exception. Success in providing proper health care services has to do with being confident. This workshop highlight the importance/benefits of having high self confidence in health care environment in addition to teaching some strategies for boosting self-confidence and expressing self-worth.

Course Objectives:

By the end of the workshop, the attendees will:

• Learn background information related to the importance of self-confidence in increasing productivity level and enhancing psychological well-being.
• Learn some evidenced based strategies aims at boosting self-confidence
