Course Description:
The American Academy of Pediatrics developed NRP to teach an evidence-based approach to newborn care and facilitate effective team-based care for healthcare professionals who care for newborns at the time of delivery.
NRP is a one-day course utilizes a blended –learning approach, which include online testing, online cased-based simulations, and hands-on case-based simulation/debriefing that focus on critical leadership, communication, and team-work skills.
Certified Regional trainers conducts and supervises Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
Course Objectives:
The NRP Program aims to enhance the skills of healthcare providers responsible for resuscitation of newborns. It also aims to spread the NRP knowledge and skills to all healthcare institutions.
