Course Description:

In medicine, a case report is a detailed report of one to two patients of the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment and management. It usually describes an unusual or novel occurrence, and provides many new ideas in medicine in order to add them to the literature. Case reports are professional narratives that give feedback on clinical practice guidelines and offer a framework for early signals of effectiveness, adverse events, and cost. They can be shared for medical, scientific, or educational purposes.
