c. Principle of ports removal and wound closure
- Laparoscopic dissection and tissue approximation:
a. Sharp dissection.
b. Blunt dissection.
c. Scissor dissection.
d. Hydro dissection
e. Electrosurgical devices dissection.
- Principle of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy:
a. Anatomy of gallbladder.
b. Degree of gallbladder inflammation.
c. Critical view of safety.
d. Surgical plane.
e. Anatomy of appendix
f. Position of appendix
g. Degree of inflammation
h. Safe appendectomy
- Hands eyes coordination:
a. Handling of instruments and items in laparoscopic box.
b. Dissection of live tissues.
- Tissue approximation:
a. Extracorporeal knot.
b. Intracorporeal knot.
